An interview with Ceara Foley, director of the Appalachia School of Holistic Herbalism, the South East's oldest herbal studies school. She speaks about upcoming classes at the school and her off the grid homestead that she has lived on for 20 years. We also discussed the meaning of human biodiversity and the importance of connection to plant and animal life.
